Virtual Group Coaching
This program will walk you through the successful, sustainable, and satisfying habits I have implemented to lose 85 lbs. By the end of our time together, you will be equipped to own your journey and have the knowledge to show-up for yourself in a way that no one else can.
Over the 4 weeks we will walk through the following topics:
Week 1: Advocate for Yourself - You have a responsibility to guide the process for your health transformation which includes working with your healthcare providers to make decisions and comply with agreed upon treatment plans. I'll guide you through the process of how to become an advocate for your health.
Week 2: The Power of Tracking - Week two is dedicated to tapping into MyFitnessPal as the ultimate tool for success. MyFitnessPal is a free food tracking app that is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices.
Week 3: The Nutritional + Exercise Makeover - This week I will share my grocery list and meal plan in addition to teaching you how to create a personalized meal plan that works for you. We'll take a deeper look at sustainable exercise and accountability.
Week 4: Reflect with Purpose - You will learn to how to examine your experiences and perspectives to gain insight on how to make improvements to move forward on your weight loss journey.
